With arching, sword-shaped leaves, Phormium's are an economical option used to make a dramatic statement in a garden. Originating from New Zealand, they are versatile evergreen plants that tolerate a range of conditions and look at home in a variety of different planting schemes.
Pink Stripe has bold dark-olive green leaves and a contrasting pink trim to the outer edges. Used to add colour to the garden throughout the year (lending itself well to jungle-style settings), they are happy bound to containers or the earth. Occasionally, upright stems appear in summer bearing tubular burgundy flowers.
