Rosemary is a great herb, not just for its flavour (so good with lemon chicken, potatoes, aubergine and of course lamb), but also as a garden plant. It gives great evergreen shapes to any garden and then lovely flowers in spring, with all-important nectar for early emerging bees.
This variety has a soft rosemary scent with a bold ginger overtone. Beautiful pink flowers, this is a stunning herb and one of my most popular.
Raised in an organic and peat-free environment, plant out in spring in a sheltered, well-drained postion. Best in sandy soil but can tolerate any soil as long as its not waterlogged in winter.
