Update: New Pots & New Delivery Terms!

My latest import to arrive from Crete saw a number of exciting new models arrive at the Yard... But let me tell you, moving around 250 pots by hand isn't a walk in the park!

Now I'm stocked with more pots than ever before, I have taken the time to reassess my pricing structure (good news incoming!).

Since day 1 I have endeavoured to be the UK's most competitive supplier of genuine Cretan Pots. Whilst costs have increased over the past 2 years (importing costs, BREXIT associated import fees, cost of manufacture), to this day I still price my pots as competitively as possible. In the rare instance that you ever find the same Cretan Pot for sale by another supplier at a better rate (delivered & sale terms do matter), I won't just match a price - 7 days a week I will guarantee to beat it. I have offered this scheme for the past 2 years and so far (touch wood) have never had to use it. Great success!

But here's the actual news... From now on, 'Local Delivery' is going to encompass all of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire (the 'Three counties') and Monmouthshire. So if your postcode is HR, GL, WR or NP - you will be entitled to free delivery on all single pots above 55cm and multiples of pots under 55cm.

This means that on an pre-arranged date I'll rock up in my van (possibly with my right-hand man, Leo the Whippet) to personally deliver and place your pots in-situ. You can take the opportunity to ask me any potty questions, we can go through some future ideas for down the line, or quite simply we can put life right over a cup of tea.

On the flip side - if you're not local but would still like some beautiful Cretan pots delivered from Herefordshire, I have the means and contacts to have orders (large and small) delivered nationwide.

As you can probably imagine - it's not simple business sending pots. Unlike ordering a pack of shirts or a dress from your favourite boutique, pots require a bit more care in transit and don't always fit together on a pallet as one may hope. This is why it's impossible for my website to automatically calculate shipping fees.

I always suggest that Clients get in touch if they are looking at an order of pots. This way I can look into providing the most accurate shipping quote and you don't loose out by being overcharged. Plus, it makes sure that I'm aware of any logistical issues or expectations at your end.

Boring bits aside, check out these beautiful new pots!

As always, thank you for your never ending support. From those who go out of their way to catch up at shows to friends who I've never met in person but continue to support my business.

Yours, Thomas
